Well, the comps in our neighborhood in TX went below our asking price and the realtor wanted to drop the price again. That would of put us owing about $10,000 at closing. So we have decided to put the house up for rent. We found a property management company and signed papers today. They said they should be able to get someone in within 30 days. Lets hope for the best!
We all miss you guys this weekend and wish we could make it for the graduations. I hope to see you all at Maddison's party. The theme will be Dora her favorite show to watch.

He is now the runt because Preston is here and one month old. He still has blue eyes and is beautiful and a wonderful baby! Wade and Robin after 13 years, 5 children and 7 moves are still as or more passionate for eachother, very much in love and looking forward to wathching our family grow!
