THE VIDRINE'S

Chandler and his dad headed out Friday, Sept. 23 to embark on their first camping trip with the Boy Scouts. Chandler was very excited and I think Wade was too. They stayed Friday and Saturday night and came home on Sunday morning.

Chandler found some time for fishing.

The boys were not allowed to hang with the adults. Chandler had to sleep in a separate tent than Wade.

The boys had to cook their own food. Here is Chandler cooking up some eggs for breakfast.

 Here is where the adults cooked.  They had eggs and sausage for breakfast and jambalaya for dinner.  Wade was impressed. 

All in all it was a great trip, but mom was glad they were back!!!! Next month we go on a family camping trip with Blayton's Cub Scouts.  I am so proud of my boys.  They are working hard in Boy Scouts and making new friends.  They are growing up way too fast!
